[Return and Exchange Process]
- Check the reasons for return/exchange and the return period to see if your product is eligible for a return/exchange.
- To request exchange/refund, Click My Page > Click More > Click the tracking number you'd like to exchange/refund > Click the category of exchange/refund
- Follow the shipping instructions provided by Fanslike.
- Your return/exchange will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
If you return an item without first making an official request for return, the item may be lost in transit or returned back to you, in which case you will be responsible for covering the return shipping charges.
