[Pre-order Items Guide]
- Pre-orders will ship out on a first-come, first-served basis from the release date(shipping date).
- If you place an order that includes both regular(non pre-order) and pre-order items, your order will be shipped when all pre-ordered items are available. To avoid possible delay, please place order regular items and Pre-order items separately.
- For overseas shipping, depending on destination country, about 7~15 business days will take for a delivery.
- The image shown is a general example intended to help with your understanding of the product. Production begins once the pre-order quota has been met. The actual product you will receive may differ slightly in design, size, or materials from the product pictured.
- For pre-order, the order can be only canceled during the pre-order sales period of time.
- Fanslike is not liable for any discomfort incurred by customers for such occurrences.
[Payments and refund]
- Refunds are issued using the same form of payment that you originally used to make your purchase.
- If the refund amount has not been paid, please contact the payment method (card company, bank, etc.).
- The name of the depositor and the orderer's name must be the same name.

- In the case of a minor customer's order(contract), the minor or his/her legal representative may cancel the order without the consent of the legal representative(parents, etc.).

[Returns and Exchanges]
- Actual product colors and locations/colors of product labels may vary slightly from those pictured depending on the product and/or monitor specifications.
- If you return an item without first making an official request for return, the item may be lost in transit or returned back to you, in which case you will be responsible for covering the return shipping charges.
- As a precaution against defects or missing items, please record a video that can visibly see the initially sealed package(top to bottom, right to left) upon receipt. The video must includes the entire process of cutting the sealed package open, with the invoice clearly visible.
- Refunds or exchange is not acceptable, if the package doesn't seem the initial open.
- In the event of product damage due to consumer carelessness, this is not subject to exchange/refund.
[Returns and Exchanges – International]
- Returns and exchanges due to the customer changing his or her mind are not accepted.
- Returns and exchanges due to a product defect/shipping error are accepted within the earlier of 3 months after the order has been received or within 30 days after the customer becomes aware of the defect/error.
[Returns and Exchanges – Free gift]
- During the mass-produced product, slight traces or differences may inevitably occur, which are not subject to exchange or refund.
- In the case of free gift benefits, there may be duplicates depending on the purchased quantity, and these are not subject to exchange/refund.
- Scratches, discoloration, dots, crumpled spots, mild tear of a free gift is not a valid reason for exchange or return.
[Cases in Which Returns and Exchanges Are Not Accepted]
- If the value of the product has been reduced in any way, including but not limited to:
(1) Damage (stains, tears, creases, etc.) to packaging, product, complimentary gifts, or components; signs of use, etc.
(2) Smell of cigarettes, perfume, deodorants, etc.
(3) Removal of product barcodes, alteration of product, etc.
(4) All complimentary gifts originally included with the product must also be returned when making a return or exchange. If these complimentary gifts are not returned, the return/exchange will not be accepted.
- If the value of the product has been materially reduced from the customer’s use or consumption.
(includes partial use or consumption of product)
- Products designated as non-returnable on the product page
(custom-made items, discounted products, music albums, etc.)
- Damage to the packaging of mass market products (DVDs, music albums, books, magazines, image compilations, etc.)
- If the customer is returning the product due to differences in color between the actual product and the product as pictured onscreen
(slight color variations are the result of differences in photographic lighting and/or screen resolution)
- If the customer is returning the product due to differences in print or pattern between the actual product and the product as pictured on-screen
- If a request for a return or exchange has been rejected and the purchaser has still returned the product, or an order has been returned without an accepted return request.
- Accessories (shoes, bags, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The following are not considered for valid reasons for a refund.
(1) Products manufactured without a tag or label
(2) Creases or scratches that have occurred during shipping
(3) Unsatisfactory quality associated with mass production (incomplete finish)
(4) Damage to packaging (damage to packaging is not considered a product defect)
(5) Mailing cube and outer package box is to protect the actual product(poster or etc.), crumple/scratch of mailing cube and outer package box is not a valid reason for exchange/refund.
- Product exchanges for domestic customers who have changed their mind within the designated period are subject to stock availability. All returns and exchanges will be processed in accordance with Korea’s Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.
[Returns and Exchanges Process]
- To identify unreasonable requests for replacements or refunds, and for an accurate determination of the defects, and items that were ordered but not included in the package you received, please record a video of you opening your package still sealed on the top, bottom, and sides, and with the shipping label still attached. If your video does not clearly show the shipping label number, or if the video cannot be seen clearly, has been edited, or otherwise is unacceptable, Fanslike may not accept your request for a replacement, refund, or the supply of any missing items.
[Failed delivery due to incorrectly specified recipient address or recipient absence]
If delivery of your order fails due to an incorrectly specified recipient address or your absence at your specified address, your order will be returned to the courier depot in your country.
Then, as per the policy of the shipping service provider in your country, delivery will be reattempted or your order will be returned to us.
If you choose to get a refund for an order returned to us, a refund will be issued to you minus the return shipping cost.
If the return shipping cost exceeds the total value of your order, you must pay the balance by PayPal.
Or, If you choose to have your order re-shipped to you, you must pay both the return shipping and re-shipping costs by PayPal.
