Fanslike were very helpful, answering my questions prior to ordering.  Item was shipped earlier than expected and arrived in a timely manner. Arrived well protected in box and in perfect condition! Am very pleased with both the lightstick and the service from Fanslike.  Dealing with Korean companies as an international fan can be difficult sometimes but this was a pleasure.
